About the CourseTucked away in the mountains of Vermont's Killington ski country, the Town of Killington has crossed into uncharted territory by building an upscale golf course in one of the most beautiful locations in the world. Green Mountain National Golf Course was designed by Gene Bates and features multiple tee boxes, a grass driving range and is 6,589 yards from the back tees with a par of 71. The course opened in 1996 and has been a host of the Futures Golf Classic (LPGA Developmental Tour) every year since opening. Green Mountain National Golf Course was rated as a 4 1/2 star course for places to play recently by Golf Digest. |
