VERMONT CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

 Requirements for applicants:

1. Be a dependent of a Vermont PGA Chapter member (in good standing on date of this application).
   

2. Sons and daughters of deceased members are also eligible if their parent/guardian was a member at the time of death.
   

3. Be a high school graduate.  
   

4. Provide an official high school transcript (most recent).  
   

5. If you are re-applying, provide an official transcript (reflecting your past semester/year at college or trade school).

We recommend that you attach a letter of recommendation from a guidance counselor, principal, teacher and/or another chapter member.
